Parameswara H embarked on his professional journey at a young age of 20 in 1977. He started with a humble beginning and has since accumulated significant experience across various fields of business.
In 1985, Parameswara was appointed as an authorized dealer for Hero Honda Motors Ltd in Bangalore South. Despite facing numerous challenges, his determination to prove his capabilities led to significant success. Over the years, his dealership became one of the leading performers in the country. Parameswara was recognized for his work ethic, planning, and involvement, earning numerous awards and trophies, including recognition from ICICI Bank.
In 2012, Parameswara was introduced to the field of education, which sparked his deep passion for learning and teaching. He found the Montessori method of education fascinating and practical, which led him to establish ACE Montessori. Starting with just 12 children, ACE Montessori has grown under his leadership, and today, the institution serves over 150 children annually. His experience in the corporate world played a crucial role in setting up the infrastructure and instilling a corporate culture that helped ACE Montessori stand out from competitors. His meticulous planning and system-driven operations have been key to the success of the institution.
